Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Dial numbers from provided databases, leads, or existing customer lists to offer loan products.
Product Pitching: Explain loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options clearly.
Lead Qualification: Assess customer requirements, check basic eligibility, and filter interested prospects before passing them to sales managers.
Objection Handling: Answer customer queries, address doubts, and persuade clients to move forward with the loan application.
Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with interested leads until application submission or closure.
Data Entry: Log call outcomes, update customer statuses, and maintain accurate records in the C2C software.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly metrics for call volume, connected calls, and lead conversions.
