We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our exercise notebook manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production, manpower, and machine operations.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Monitor machine productivity, wastage, and downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, packing, and dispatch teams.
Maintain daily production reports and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.
Experience: 2 years in manufacturing/printing/notebook or stationery industry preferred.
