Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
Explain products, services, or offers clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer handling.
