Skills & Qualifications12th pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of solar, inverter, battery, or UPS products is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
Positive follow-up and customer relationship skills.
Target-oriented, confident, and positive attitude.
Ability to explain technical products in straightforward language.
Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu would be an advantage for Hyderabad/Telangana-based sales.
