Responsibilities:
Assist the cook in daily kitchen work.
Prepare and arrange food items as instructed.
Clean and maintain kitchen, utensils and equipment.
Help with cutting, washing and basic food preparation.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness.
Assist in serving meals to patients and hospital staff.
Follow hospital food safety and hygiene protocols.
Manage kitchen supplies and inform supervisor about shortages.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen work.
Valuable hygiene and cleanliness.
Responsible and hardworking.
Ability to work in shifts.
Previous hospital/kitchen experience preferred.
