Key Responsibilities:
Draft plaints, written statements, interim applications, appeals, writ petitions, and legal notices.
Represent clients before Civil Courts, High Court, Revenue Authorities, and RERA/Tribunals.
Conduct legal research, title searches, and property due diligence.
Brief senior counsel and manage case filings, arguments, and evidence proceedings.
Advise clients on civil disputes, property laws, contract enforcement, and injunctions.
Requirements:
LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.
Active Bar Council registration.
3 years of relevant experience in handling civil cases.
Proficient knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, and local land laws.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati.
