We are looking for a enthusiastic, persuasive, and target-driven female Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, addressing inquiries, and generating sales leads or appointments.
Key Responsibilities: Make cold and warm calls to prospective customers to introduce company offerings.
Follow up regularly with leads to pitch solutions, answer queries, and schedule appointments or sales conversions.
Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide accurate product information.
Maintain complete and updated records of calling activities, customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipeline in the CRM or database.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly outreach targets and quality benchmarks.
Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:



Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Language Proficiency: Clear communication skills in Hindi and basic to valuable command of English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

Skills:
Excellent listening, interpersonal, and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Excel, email handling, or CRM usage).
