Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials/components into the machine.
Set and adjust basic machine parameters as required.
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
Monitor machine performance and identify any abnormalities.
Check finished components for quality and accuracy.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain production output and meet daily production targets.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Report machine breakdowns, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and protected working area and follow 5S and safety procedures.
Maintain production records and inspection reports.
EligibilityQualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with experience in CNC / VMC / HMC / Lathe machine operation will be preferred.
