Job Description

We are looking for a Plant HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities at our manufacturing/food-processing plant.
ResponsibilitiesHandle plant HR operations and employee relations.
Manage daily attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, and absenteeism.
Handle recruitment and manpower requirements for workers, operators, technicians, and staff.
Conduct joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline, and workplace issues.
Coordinate with payroll/accounts for monthly salary processing.
Maintain employee records, HR reports, and personnel files.
Coordinate PF, ESI, statutory compliance, and labour-related documentation.
Handle contract labour and manpower agency coordination.




Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements.
Support audits, inspections, training programs, and HR initiatives.
Manage plant administration activities such as canteen, transport, housekeeping, security, uniforms, and employee facilities.
RequirementsGraduate with MBA/PGDM/MSW/MHRM in HR preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR.
Experience in handling workmen and contract labour preferred.
Knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and labour laws.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
