We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our energetic team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Salary and Perks:
Salary range: INR 14,000 to 18,000 per month.
