Executive Assistant to Founder — Healthcare Group

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a growing healthcare organisation with multiple diagnostic centres, dental clinics and franchise operations.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate with all centres and collect daily patient/revenue/operational numbers
Maintain daily reports and dashboards for the Founder
Coordinate with franchisees and manage prospective franchise leads and follow-ups
Schedule interviews, meetings and appointments
Coordinate recruitment and candidate follow-ups
Track significant tasks, deadlines and pending actions across the organisation
Coordinate with staff, doctors, vendors and external stakeholders
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings,



travel and flight/hotel bookings
Handle selected personal and administrative tasks for the Founder

We are looking for someone who is: organised, proactive, sharp, trustworthy, confident on calls/WhatsApp, valuable with Excel/Google Sheets and capable of independently following up and getting things done.

Experience: 2–6 years preferred
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹40,000–₹65,000/month, depending on experience and capability

This is a high-responsibility role working closely with the Founder. It is not a traditional receptionist or administrative position.
