What We’re Looking ForStrong command of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
Valuable understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media editing
Ability to create solid hooks in the first few seconds
Excellent sense of pacing, cuts, music, sound effects and transitions
Valuable knowledge of captions, text animation and motion graphics
Understanding of the education/EdTech content industry
Ability to turn normal footage into engaging, high-retention content
Awareness of current Instagram and YouTube editing trends
Strong attention to detail and visual quality
Ability to understand references and recreate or improve them
Important : Your editing quality and portfolio matter more than your degree or qualification.
We want editors who can look at a raw video and understand:
