We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Executive to join our growing team and help manage our online sales operations across marketplaces and our website.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces
Update product listings, prices, inventory and product information
Monitor orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch
Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team for smooth order fulfilment
Monitor cancellations, returns, replacements and customer complaints
Respond to customer queries and help resolve issues quickly
Track marketplace sales, orders and basic performance reports
Monitor product ratings, reviews and listing quality
Assist in improving product visibility and online sales
Coordinate with the senior/manager for promotions, offers and marketplace activities
Maintain proper records and trackers for online operations
What We Are Looking For:
Good communication and basic computer skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces is preferred
Freshers with a strong learning attitude can also apply
Should be organised, responsible and comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting
Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, sales and accounts teams
Compensation:
₹20,000–₹22,000 fixed salary + up to ₹2,000 performance incentive
The performance incentive will be linked to work quality, order processing, marketplace performance and achievement of assigned targets/KPIs.
