We are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Officer to manage security guards and oversee daily security operations at client sites.
Responsibilities:
Monitor security guards' attendance, discipline, uniform and performance.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Manage manpower deployment and arrange replacements for absent guards.
Coordinate with clients and resolve security-related issues.
Handle emergencies and prepare incident reports.
Conduct guard briefings and ensure site instructions are followed.
Maintain daily inspection, attendance and manpower reports.
Support recruitment and deployment of security personnel.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Operations.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and manpower.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Basic MS Office / WhatsApp reporting knowledge.
