Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Executive – Gym Counter

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales & Customer Service Executive to represent our healthy meal service at our partner gym.

Key Responsibilities
Represent the company professionally at the designated gym location.
Receive packed meals supplied by the company and distribute them to the respective customers/subscribers.
Explain our meal plans, products, subscription options, and services to gym members.
Actively promote and sell our meal plans to prospective customers and work towards increasing subscriptions.
Engage with gym members, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable meal plans.
Maintain basic records of meal distribution, customer enquiries, leads, and current subscriptions.




Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements or concerns to the management team.
Maintain a clean, organised, and qualified counter/display area.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding meal deliveries, customer changes, and daily requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with customers and explaining products.
Sales-oriented, proactive, and comfortable approaching potential customers.
Presentable, punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
Previous experience in sales, retail, food service, gym/fitness, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
