Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end and generate high-quality leads for Detailing Bull's automotive services.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Generate qualified leads for PPF, Ceramic Coating, Car Detailing, and other automotive services.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, keywords, audiences, creatives, and bidding.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Coordinate with the Sales/CRM team to track lead quality and conversions.




Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify successful campaigns and scale them while maintaining lead quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
Valuable understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup to optimization and reporting.
Experience in the automotive or high-ticket service industry will be an advantage.
