Job Title: Customer Support Executive – GCO (Go Crazy Offers)

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join Go Crazy Offers (GCO). The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and business partners, resolving queries, explaining GCO services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels
Explain GCO features and services clearly to customers and business owners
Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions
Follow up with customers and vendors when required
Help users with account, subscription, offers, rewards, and app-related queries
Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
Coordinate with internal teams for unresolved technical or operational problems
Collect customer feedback and help improve the overall customer experience
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English




Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, and computers
Positive listening and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers can apply; customer support or telecalling experience is an advantage
