Site Supervisor – Electrical & Solar Works

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical and solar installation works at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily electrical and solar installation activities at site.
Coordinate electricians, solar technicians, subcontractors, and other site workers.
Ensure installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cables, earthing, protection systems, and related equipment as per drawings.
Supervise electrical wiring, cable laying, termination, DB/panel installation, and testing.
Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor material requirements, deliveries, storage,



and usage at site.
Take measurements and maintain daily work progress reports.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and contractors.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, PPE, and safety procedures.
Conduct/assist with testing and commissioning of electrical and solar systems.
Maintain site records, checklists, inspection reports, and as-built information.
Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and required quality standards.
Report daily progress, manpower, material requirements, and site problems to the Project Engineer/Manager.
