We are looking for a Loan Officer with experience in Business Loan sales to drive customer acquisition and loan disbursements in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loans.
Handle end-to-end sales, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Build relationships with MSME/business customers, DSA/connector networks, and local markets.
Assess customer requirements and coordinate with credit/operations teams.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in Business Loan sales.
Solid field sales and customer acquisition skills.
Valuable knowledge of the Pune market and local business segments.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Candidates from NBFCs, banks, or fintech lending companies preferred.
