We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cafe Chef to manage the kitchen operations and prepare high-quality food items. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of cafe-style cuisine, food presentation, hygiene standards, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of cafe menu items including sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizzas, salads, snacks, and breakfast items.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.
Plan daily food preparation and ensure timely service during busy hours.
Develop new dishes and contribute ideas for menu improvement.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the management for kitchen supplies.
Maintain proper food storage and minimize food wastage.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
Supervise and guide kitchen helpers and other staff.
Maintain proper portion control and food cost standards.




Handle customer-specific food requirements and special orders when required.

Qualification & Experience

2–5 years of experience as a Cafe Chef, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role.
Experience in cafes, restaurants, QSRs, or hospitality establishments preferred.
