Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
Prepare training schedules and maintain training records.
Coordinate with HODs for training and employee development needs.
Maintain HR MIS, documentation, and reports.
Support performance reviews and employee development activities.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Recruitment & Training.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Positive MS Office and documentation skills.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
