Job Responsibilities
Assist doctors during outpatient consultations and interventional pain procedures.
Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care.
Monitor and record vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain procedure rooms, treatment areas, and nursing stations in a clean and organized manner.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of medical instruments and equipment.
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist with patient admission, discharge, and documentation.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and nursing documentation.
Educate patients regarding medications, post-procedure care, and follow-up instructions.
Coordinate with insurance, billing, and front-office staff when required.
Manage medical supplies, inventory, and stock maintenance.
Follow infection control protocols and clinic safety standards.
Handle emergency situations and provide basic life support when required.
Answer patient queries and maintain a skilled, compassionate approach toward patients.
