Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal and contra entries.
Maintain and reconcile bank, cash, customer and supplier ledgers.
Prepare and verify GST invoices, purchase bills and sales bills.
Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Prepare monthly reports and assist in finalization of accounts.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate accounting entries.
Handle basic Excel work related to accounting and reporting.
