Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and handle leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Balance Transfer and Overdraft facilities.
Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Explain loan eligibility, ROI, tenure, processing fees and other terms clearly.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of required documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth case processing.
Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful disbursements.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and email.
Prior experience in loan/financial sales will be an advantage.
EligibilityQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills are preferred.
