We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Proposal Writer / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing business proposals, handling client communication, and generating leads through online platforms.
Responsibilities:
Draft and submit proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized business proposals
Generate leads and identify current business prospects
Communicate with clients through email, chat, and calls
Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding and estimations
Maintain records of proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions
Build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of IT services and business development
Experience with bidding platforms is a plus
Ability to understand client requirements quickly
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
MS Office and email communication proficiency
Experience:
6 months to 3 year preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
