RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team.
Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, WhatsApp and emails.
Generate and follow up with leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
Handle objections and convert leads into customers.
Maintain customer/lead records in CRM.
Eligibility Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or other Indian languages is an advantage.
Candidates comfortable with target-based work are preferred.
SalaryDuring Probation: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month
After Successful Probation: ₹3 – ₹6 LPA CTC
Performance incentives may be applicable.
