Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages as per standard recipes.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and quality.
Handle customer orders and provide friendly, productive service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
Manage coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Recommend coffee options to customers based on their preferences.
Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day café operations.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
Experience with espresso machines and grinders.
Good understanding of coffee beans, blends, and beverage recipes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality workplace preferred.
