Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts and space planning.
Prepare 3D interior designs and presentations.
Design office workstations, cabins, reception areas, conference rooms and storage units.
Prepare detailed working drawings with dimensions.
Select suitable laminates, colours, materials, hardware and finishes.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications and quantity requirements.
Take site measurements and coordinate with site teams.
Coordinate with production, vendors and installation teams.
Make design changes according to client requirements.
Ensure designs are practical, attractive and suitable for manufacturing.
Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.
Complete drawings and presentations within project timelines.




Required SkillsAutoCAD – Mandatory
SketchUp / 3D Max / Revit – Preferred
V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape – Advantage
Positive knowledge of modular furniture and office interiors.
Knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware and furniture fittings.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadline
