Experience :
– More than 8 years’ Experience in Sales Field Preferred.
– Target based salary plus incentive.
– Responsible to achieve the sales targets.
– Sales-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented/target-driven.
– Develop broker network and cooperate with them.
– To manage the business development team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the business plan.
– Ensure revenue for the Company. Team handling, Relationship building, Revenue Generation & Sales Management.
– Responsible for Sales and Marketing.
– Selling Recent builder projects (Residential) to recent and existing customers.
– Follow-up with existing leads.
– Site visit and negotiation.
– Excellent communication in Local Language.
– Ability to handle More than 20 Sales Person.
