Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets.
Recommend suitable jewellery products and provide detailed product knowledge.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and current clients.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Maintain a strong understanding of diamonds, gold, gemstones, jewellery collections, and current market trends.
Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Maintain accurate customer records and regularly follow up with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the store team for billing, orders, customisation, and delivery.
Maintain showroom standards and ensure jewellery is presented professionally.
