We are looking for an experienced and energetic Telecalling Team Leader to manage and motivate our real estate telecalling team.
Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of telecallers.
Handle daily calling and follow-up activities.
Allocate leads and monitor team performance.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Train and guide telecallers to improve conversions.
Monitor calls, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in telecalling/team handling.
Real estate experience preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
Tamil and English communication skills.
