About the Role

Achintya Durjay Foundation is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing, outreach, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Foundation’s programs and initiatives.
Generate leads through field marketing, networking, calling, social media, and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, institutions, partners
Conduct market research and identify new prospects for outreach and growth.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, seminars, and activities.
Handle social media promotion and coordinate with the content/design team when required.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and update management on progress.
Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Represent the Foundation professionally during meetings, events, and external activities.





Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities when required.

Preferred Candidate
Graduate in Marketing or a related experience
1–3 years of marketing/business development experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust willingness to learn may also apply.
