Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to manage and supervise interior execution at project sites across Delhi NCR.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior fit-out and installation work at site.
Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, electricians, painters, civil contractors and other vendors.
Read and understand AutoCAD/interior drawings and ensure execution as per design.
Check site measurements, levels, dimensions and finishing quality.
Supervise carpentry, civil, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, painting, glass, metal and furniture works.
Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper material usage.
Maintain daily site progress and coordinate with the project/design team.
Identify and resolve site execution issues.
Ensure work is completed within the project timeline and required quality standards.
Conduct snagging and ensure defects are rectified before handover.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline.
Requirements3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
Valuable knowledge of interior materials, construction methods and finishing.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
Positive knowledge of site measurements and execution.
Experience managing contractors and workers.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
Immediate joiners preferred.
PreferredExperience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, restaurants, custom furniture or high-end interior projects will be an advantage.
Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred.
