Financial Management
Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial plans.
Manage company cash flow and working capital.
Track project-wise revenue, expenses, profit margins and profitability.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets.
Project Finance & Cost Control
Maintain project-wise P&L;.
Monitor project budgets, material costs, labour costs and subcontractor expenses.
Review BOQs, purchase orders, work orders and vendor bills from a financial perspective.
Identify cost overruns and report them to management.
Track project advances and outstanding client payments.
Billing & Collection
Supervise client billing as per agreements, BOQ and project milestones.
Ensure timely submission of invoices and RA bills.
Maintain Accounts Receivable / Outstanding Report.
Follow up with the concerned teams for delayed collections.
Monitor client advances, retention amounts and deductions.
Vendor & Purchase Finance
Control vendor payments and payment schedules.
Verify purchase invoices, quotations, POs and supporting documents.




Maintain vendor outstanding and ageing reports.
Ensure payments are released according to approved terms.
Monitor subcontractor and labour payments.
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
Supervise GST, TDS, income-tax and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with CA / tax consultants.
Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory liabilities.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
Accounting & Audit
Supervise day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Review bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and journal entries.
Ensure accurate accounting of project expenses.
Coordinate statutory, internal and financial audits.
Maintain proper financial documentation and controls.
Management Reporting

Prepare regular reports such as:
Monthly P&L;
Project-wise profitability
Cash-flow statement
Client outstanding ageing
Vendor outstanding ageing
Billing vs collection
Project budget vs actual
Purchase & expense analysis
Monthly revenue report
