We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tellecaller with experience in an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to international customers.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies and quality standards during all customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Neutral or clear international accent preferred.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Good typing and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in an International Voice Process or Customer Support.
Experience in BPO, customer service, sales, or technical support is preferred.
