Work Mode: On-site (Full Time)We are looking for a skilled and responsible *E-Commerce Finance Specialist / Export Accountant* to join our growing team.The ideal candidate should have experience in *e-commerce accounting, marketplace reconciliation, export accounting, GST compliance, Tally, Excel, and financial reporting*.### Key Responsibilities:? *E-Commerce & Marketplace Accounting** Amazon / eBay / Flipkart marketplace settlement reconciliation* Order-wise sales, payment, refund and return reconciliation* Tracking marketplace receivables, payment holds and deductions* Reconciliation of marketplace settlements with bank statements* Identifying payment mismatches and financial discrepancies? *Export Accounting & Compliance** Handle accounting of international export sales transactions* Maintain export invoices and supporting documentation* Knowledge of LUT-based exports and IGST-paid export transactions* Reconcile foreign currency receipts with export sales* Maintain records for FIRC/FIRA/BRC wherever applicable* Support EDPMS closure and export payment realization process* Coordinate with banks, CA and internal teams for export compliance* Maintain proper export documentation records (invoice, shipping/payment documents, etc.)? *GST & Taxation** GST sales/purchase reconciliation* TDS/TCS reconciliation* Input tax credit verification* Assist in GST return preparation and compliance activities* Coordinate with CA for taxation-related requirements? *Accounts & Finance Operations** Maintain accounting entries in Tally Prime* Purchase, sales,



expense and bank entries* Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation* Bank reconciliation and payment tracking* Inter-company transaction reconciliation* Monthly closing support and MIS reporting? *Inventory & Cost Management** Inventory reconciliation between warehouse and accounts* Purchase, sales return, customer return and damage stock accounting* COGS calculation and profitability analysis* Identify inventory and financial mismatches? *Reporting & Analysis** Prepare marketplace-wise sales and profitability reports* Track shipping costs, marketplace fees and operational expenses* Prepare monthly financial reports for management* Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial leakages### Requirements:✔️ 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce finance/accounts/export accounting✔️ Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel/Google Sheets✔️ Experience with Amazon/eBay/Flipkart marketplace accounting preferred✔️ Understanding of GST, exports, LUT, IGST and foreign payments✔️ Knowledge of FIRC/BRC/EDPMS will be an added advantage✔️ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail✔️ Ability to handle large transaction volumes independentlyCandidates from *e-commerce companies, export businesses, D2C brands, marketplace sellers, or CA firms handling export clients* will be preferred.?
