DESCRIPTIONLocation : PuneMode : Work from OfficeShift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)Experience: 2+ YearsRole ObjectiveProvide round-the-clock monitoring and first-level support for IT Disaster Recovery systems to ensure adherence to RPO/RTO targets, prompt incident response, and continuous DR readiness through defined runbooks and automation.Key Responsibilities· Monitor RPO/RTO dashboards, replication health, backup status, and DR alerts on a 24×7 basis· Proactively identify and report replication lag, failures, or DR-related anomalies· Log and manage DR incidents and alerts in ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)· Execute first-level troubleshooting as per SOPs and automation runbooks· Coordinate with L2/L3 teams (Infra, Network, Storage, Application) for resolution· Perform shift handover, update logs,
and maintain incident tracking· Support scheduled DR drills and validation activities· Ensure evidence collection for audit and compliance requirements· Regular DR readiness activities and reporting· Prepare MIS & ReportingTechnical Skills (Mandatory)· Basic understanding of DR concepts (RPO, RTO, DR drills)· Exposure to monitoring tools (infra / application / DR dashboards)· Experience with ITSM tools (Incident & Change Management)· Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux environmentsGood to Have· Awareness of DR tools (Zerto, SRM, ASR, Veeam, NativeCloud DR)· Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)Behavioural Skills· Solid communication & documentation skills· Willingness to work in rotational shifts· Alertness, discipline, and escalation mindset
