Position Overview:Technically qualified Production Manager to lead Production at Powder Blending Plant. This role is critical for ensuring smooth production, compliance with food/pharma standards, and productive plant management.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.Oversee recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Supervise plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.Key Skills & Qualifications:Education:



Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Food Tech / Chemical Science.10–12 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.People manager experience.Please note that this is a general description of the role and its requirements.
