Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with editors and content creators to understand visual requirements.
- Source, curate, and license images from various platforms, archives, and PR agencies.
- Ensure all images meet quality standards, copyrights, and usage guidelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of images, metadata, and reference materials.✨ Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience working specifically on a photo desk or in photo research, photographer-only experience will not be considered for this role.
- Strong research skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in photo editing software and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Excellent knowledge of copyright, image rights, licensing, and usage guidelines.
- A solid understanding of editorial photography and visual storytelling.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for visual storytelling and staying up-to-date with current trends in photography and media
