Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other channelsFollow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunitiesSupport the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closureSchedule and attend client meetings/calls along with the sales teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsPrepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and agreementsTrack sales pipeline, lead status,



and conversionsAchieve monthly lead generation and conversion targetsIdentify new business opportunities and market trendsCoordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboardingSales CoordinationMaintain and update CRM, sales reports, and client databasesEnsure timely follow-ups and proper lead trackingAssist management with sales reports and performance analysisCoordinate communication between clients and internal teamsKey Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales, Administration, or a similar roleExcellent communication skills (mandatory)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesGood follow-up and coordination skillsBasic knowledge of CRM tools and MS OfficeAbility to work in a quick-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience in B2B sales or client coordinationFamiliarity with digital marketing or IT servicesUnderstanding of sales pipelines and reporting
