Our Med AI division powers the next generation of diagnostic and clinical AI by combining a tiered network of clinical experts with purpose-built annotation infrastructure. iMerit's medical division operates across three tiers of expertise: a curriculum-driven workforce of clinicians and subject matter experts, specialised annotators for quality control, and US board-certified doctors for benchmarking and validation.Role OverviewWe are seeking qualified and experienced Nuclear Medicine Specialists to support our medical imaging AI projects, with a primary focus on FDG PET/CT interpretation and reporting. In this role, you will provide expert clinical interpretation that serves as ground truth for AI model training, validation, and benchmarking within iMerit's Med AI division.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and report FDG PET/CT studies accurately and comprehensively.Evaluate PET/CT findings and correlate metabolic activity with anatomical findings.Identify and characterize areas of abnormal FDG uptake.Provide clinically relevant, structured reports based on imaging findings, formatted to project-specific templates and schemas.Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time across all assigned studies.Follow project-specific reporting guidelines,



labeling conventions, and quality standards set by the iMerit Med AI team.Participate in feedback, calibration, and quality-review sessions with iMerit's clinical QA team as required.Collaborate with iMerit's project management and QA structure to flag ambiguous cases and support consensus/arbitration workflows where needed.QualificationsMD/DM/DNB (or equivalent) in Nuclear Medicine.Demonstrated clinical experience interpreting FDG PET/CT studies (oncology staging, treatment response assessment, etc.).Strong understanding of PET/CT physics, radiotracer biodistribution, and correlation of metabolic with anatomical imaging.Prior experience with structured/templated reporting is a plus.Strong attention to detail, consistency, and ability to meet defined turnaround-time targets.Engagement DetailsProject TypePilot phase, with potential extension.Pilot Duration2 weeksProject Start DateWithin this monthWeekly Availability Required10+ hoursTentative Post-Pilot Duration~7 weeksEngagement ModelRemote, flexible hours within weekly commitmentWhy Join iMeritWork at the intersection of clinical expertise and cutting-edge medical AI.Contribute to datasets that support real-world diagnostic AI validation and, where applicable, regulatory submission pipelines.Be part of a network supporting successful FDA submissions in an evolving regulatory landscape. iMeritFlexible, remote pilot engagement with a explicit path to a longer-term project based on pilot performance.
