Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: Compliance Manager – Food Safety & Quality Certifications | Prabhat Foods N nPrabhat Foods is looking for a Compliance Manager to lead our food safety certification journey and keep our factory floor audit-ready, every single day. N nAbout the rolenYou'll be the person who owns compliance from paperwork to production line — driving us toward certifications like ISO 22000, HACCP, and BRC/FSSC 22000, and then making sure those standards don't just get achieved but actually get lived inside the plant. N nWhat you'll don- Lead the end-to-end process of achieving ISO 22000 and related food safety certifications (HACCP, FSSC 22000/BRC as applicable) — gap analysis, documentation, implementation, and audit readiness N- Build and maintain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), SOPs, and quality records required to pass internal and third-party audits N- Conduct regular internal audits and floor walks across the factory to catch non-conformities before external auditors do N- Train shift supervisors, QA staff, and production teams on hygiene, GMP, and food safety protocols so compliance becomes second nature on the line N- Liaise directly with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and auditors, and own corrective/preventive action (CAPA) plans N- Track regulatory changes in Indian and export food safety norms and update internal processes accordingly N- Partner with production, QA, and plant leadership to fix root causes,



not just symptoms N nWhat we're looking for N- 3–5 years of experiencein food safety compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs, ideally in food manufacturing/FMCG N- Hands-on experience with ISO 22000, FSSAI licensing, HACCP, and factory-level audits (leading a certification from start to finish is a strong plus) N- Comfortable being on the factory floor, not just behind a desk — this role lives where the product is made N- Strong documentation and process discipline, with the ability to translate standards into straightforward SOPs teams will actually follow N- Clear communicator who can train, influence, and hold the line with production teams under deadline pressure N- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (Food Safety certifications such as Lead Auditor ISO 22000 are a plus) N nLocation: Survey No. 51-P, Village: Vadiya, Taluka: Sihor, Dist: Bhavnagar, Gujarat — on-site role NEmployment type: Full-time NExpected Salary: ₹40,000–50,000 per month NIf you'd rather build a food safety system that actually works on the floor than file paperwork for an audit, we'd like to talk to you.
