We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Intern who has prior exposure to recruitment and talent hunting. This role will involve end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview rounds and feedback.
- Manage offer discussions, documentation,
and joining formalities.
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Work towards defined weekly recruitment and closure targets.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a healthy and active talent pipeline.
Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience or internship in recruitment and talent hunting is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
