About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop compelling

visual assets across packaging, social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce. This role

will play a key part in building a consistent, clean, premium and clinical brand identity while

creating high-impact designs that strengthen brand communication and drive customer

engagement.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute creative assets across packaging, social media, performance

marketing, and e-commerce.

● Create packaging concepts, artworks, dielines and print-ready files for current product

launches.

● Design high-quality Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, campaigns and dermatologist-led

content.

● Create performance-driven static and video creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube and affiliate

platforms.

● Develop high-conversion Amazon, Nykaa and website listing images highlighting product

benefits, ingredients, claims and usage.

● Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and optimize designs based on

performance insights.

● Ensure consistent visual communication aligned with the brand's clean, minimal, clinical

and premium aesthetic.

● Collaborate with Product, R&D;, Branding, Marketing, Growth and Marketplace teams to

deliver creative requirements.





● Manage multiple projects and creative deliverables while maintaining quality, accuracy and

timelines.

● Prepare and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, sizes and digital platforms.

● Maintain strong design standards across all brand touchpoints and continuously explore

new design trends and visual approaches.

● Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma to develop and execute creative

concepts.

Skills Required

● Strong knowledge of graphic design, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.

● Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

● Working knowledge of Figma.

● Experience in packaging, social media, performance ads and e-commerce creatives.

● Ability to create clean, minimal and premium designs.

● Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and time management.

● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

● 2–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG

or D2C.

● Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, social media, performance marketing and

e-commerce creatives.
