About the Role

Were looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Specialist to drive new client acquisition across India.

Your core role in one line : identify the right companies, reach decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book qualified meetings.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for high-volume, high-quality outbound.

- Prospect and target start-ups, software/product companies & GCCs across India.
- Drive high-volume cold calling and outbound via Calls, email, LinkedIn & any other unique approaches.
- Engage with Founders, CXOs, CHROs, TA Heads & Tech Leaders to understand their hiring needs.
- Qualify prospects and book qualified meetings.
- Maintaining proper data daily - no black holes
- Ensuring every lead has a explicit status and next step

Who We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of exp inOutbound Sales at a B2B SaaS / HRTech / Talent Tech/ Recruitment (Mandatory)




- Engineering/technical background is preferred, with an understanding of the technology hiring ecosystem.
- Strong cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation skills.
- A consultative selling approach with confidence speaking to senior decision-makers.
- Experience prospecting into start-ups, technology companies, software products, or GCCs preferred.
- Target-driven, persistent, and entrepreneurial, with a hunger to open new doors.
