About KGeN
KGeN is building the Verified Distribution Protocol (VeriFi) for AI, DeFi, and Gaming — built on real users and real commerce to accelerate growth for projects across these industries.
Since its founding by global leaders in the consumer and gaming sectors, KGeN has grown to become the dominant growth engine in the Global South. With 45.7 million users, 6.7 million monthly active users, and $64 million in annualized revenue, KGeN delivers verified user acquisition, on-chain loyalty programs, and decentralized storefronts via its POGE identity and reputation framework and a global clan network spanning more than 60 countries.
Role Overview
You'll own how Kgen runs internally - our devices, our identities, and our IT assets. This is a hands-on, single-owner role: you set up and run the tooling that keeps every employee productive and every endpoint secure, from the laptop someone unboxes on day one to the access that's cleanly revoked on their last. You'll work closely with the Head of Security, and your work is a direct input into our security posture.
In your first few months
- Take ownership of our device fleet and get Microsoft Intune and SentinelOne fully rolled out and enforcing baseline compliance across all endpoints.
- Establish a clean, auditable joiner-mover-leaver process so access is provisioned and revoked reliably, not manually chased.
- Build a single source of truth for IT assets, licenses, and SaaS ownership.
What you'll do
- Own the IT asset lifecycle — procurement, inventory, assignment, and retirement of laptops, peripherals, and other hardware.
- Run identity and access management: provision, change, and deprovision access across our systems as people join, move teams, and leave.
- Deploy and operate Microsoft Intune — MDM/MAM,
device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app management across the fleet.
- Roll out and operate SentinelOne (EDR) — deployment, policy tuning, alert triage, and keeping endpoints healthy.
- Administer Google Workspace — users, groups, org units, security settings, DLP, and Drive governance.
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT standpoint end-to-end.
- Provide L1–L2 IT support and keep the team unblocked.
- Manage SaaS applications, SSO integrations, software licenses, and vendor relationships.
- Handle day-to-day network and office IT administration.
What you bring
- 3–7 years in IT operations, system administration, or endpoint engineering. (We're open on level — solid mid-career and senior candidates are both welcome.)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint security / EDR (SentinelOne or comparable).
- Solid Google Workspace administration experience.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management / SSO (Google, Microsoft Entra ID, or Okta).
- Scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar) — comfortable automating repetitive work rather than doing it by hand each time.
- Strong ownership, clear documentation habits, and comfort being the person the whole company relies on for IT.
Bonus points
- Experience in an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environment.
- Managing MDM and endpoint security at scale.
- Standing up IT operations from scratch at a growing company.
- Infrastructure or automation scripting beyond the basics.
Why join
You'll own IT operations end-to-end with real autonomy and a direct line to the Head of Security — clear impact and the chance to build the IT and endpoint-security foundation of a growing, security-conscious company from the ground up.
