Role Description If you consider yourself exceptional (or know someone who is) AND consume economics, trade, commerce, politics and could comfortably stitch (+ write) a public policy argument with the politics of it, do apply/refer.

Defining work product

1. Reflects both depth and breadth of nuance, context and intensity emerging from public policy, economics and politics of the land.

2. It sews narrative emerging from current affairs, data dump, trending/prevailing topics etc. with language delivery and delivers a clear script/opinion/conjecture which is sharp/crisp, defensible, audience-worthy and suits primarily vertical video format.

3. It assures the viewer with credibility (accuracy of facts, context, fairness and sourcing) along with efficacy of the narrative (intensity, structure, pacing, hooks, clarity, urgency and differentiation).

How would you do it

1. Periodic scan to generate text/script for both long + short form videos by

a. Scanning for commentary, current affairs, parliamentary/legislative procedure, reporting, listening to signals/cues emerging from traditional media, independent handles, government orders, UGC and individual sources.

b. Scanning opinion editorials, social listening, competitive landscape (print, digital/social + broadcast).

2. Weekly briefing which highlights key/upcoming political/strategic events, summary/cue related to these events, chance/risk/threat assessment for messaging architecture, and placement (individual organisation) suggestions.





You'd qualify if you

1. Can provide evidence of tracking, following and participating in national discourse focussed/emerging primarily from public policy, commerce, trade, geopolitics and politics.

2. Could construct/curate research and are able to pitch it by advancing/defending it against existing reporting (on the subject).

3. Possess excellent command over spoken and written English which suits both editorially and format-wise (vertical video) with zero grammatical errors and the need to leverage any frontier/agentic model/LLM for first/subsequent memos/copies.

4. Are able to develop primary sources (for background, intelligence, corroboration etc.), and mine evidence to support fact-finding across industry, academia, political + religious organisations, institutions etc.

1. This role would be hybrid and preferably the base location is Delhi NCR.

2. Relevant work experience along with references is mandatory. The ideal work experience tenure expected is between 2 and 5 years. The ideal candidate would have an academic background in Economics, Law, or Business.
