Job Title: Video Editor

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Experience Level: 2–3 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio, an excellent grasp of post-production workflows and the ability to bring visual storytelling to life across multiple formats. You will work closely with our content, marketing and design teams to produce compelling video content that engages, informs and excites our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Edit high-quality videos for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites and internal use.

· Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver engaging edits.

· Assemble raw footage and audio into polished, visually compelling stories.

· Apply appropriate colour grading, sound design, transitions, graphics and visual effects.

· Create engaging visuals / graphics & integrate animations as needed.

· Manage media assets,



backups and project files in an organized manner.

· Maintain awareness of current video trends and technologies.

· Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high-quality output.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design or a related field (preferred).

· 2–3 years of proven experience in video editing in a creative or media environment.

· Experience using Ai video generation platforms is a plus.

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition and other relevant editing tools.

· Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition and detail.

· Experience in editing short-form and long-form content for digital and social media platforms.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to feedback quickly.

· Solid understanding of colour correction, sound mixing and pacing.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
