About the Company

R3 Consultant is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our in-house talent acquisition team in Pune. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for our client mandates across technologies like .NET, React, Java, Oracle ERP, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). This is an individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys the hunt as much as the close.

R3 Consultant is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our in-house talent acquisition team in Pune. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for our client mandates across technologies like .NET, React, Java, Oracle ERP, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). This is an individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys the hunt as much as the close.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and closure
- Source active and passive candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), Boolean search, referrals, and internal database
- Conduct first-level technical and behavioral screening against client must-have/good-to-have criteria
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers; manage scheduling and feedback loops
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate pipeline and status in the ATS/tracker




- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations on compensation, notice period, and joining timelines
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring/high-volume skill requirements
- Partner with client account managers to understand evolving requirements and turnaround expectations
- Track and report daily/weekly recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, closures) to leadership
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred but not mandatory)

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., .NET, Java, React, DevOps, cloud, ERP, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to independently screen resumes against technical must-have criteria and assess basic technical fit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — comfortable engaging both candidates and client stakeholders
- Robust follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for niche/urgent mandates with tight TATs
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar)
- Exposure to both agency-side (client-facing) and corporate recruitment
- Existing network/database in IT technical hiring
