Responsibilities

Fundraising

- Map the CSR and philanthropic landscape in India and globally.
- Conduct active outreach and meetings to build relationships with potential funders.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of CSR opportunities, grants, potential funding opportunities, and related deadlines. Track new opportunities and the status of submitted applications.
- Support the development of pitches, concept notes, proposals, and other documents for tailored fundraising.

Qualifications

- Graduate or post-graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, CSR engagement, business development, or donor relations
- Experience researching funding opportunities and maintaining funding pipelines or databases.
- Experience coordinating with external stakeholders, donors, or partners.
- Ability to prepare or support the development of pitches, concept notes, proposals, and fundraising presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical, organisational, and multitasking skills.
